Legal Question in Business Law in California
Dissociate from LLC
Can I ''drop off'' as a partner in
an LLC? There are two other
members, they would like the
LLC to continue, have no
objection to me leaving.

This is a relatively easy matter, but you'll need a written agreement and some counseling. Our CA member firm can handle this for you. Don't make the mistake of not consulting with an attorney; many people have landed in bankruptcy that way. NanceGroup.com
