Legal Question in Business Law in California

Need Help with eBay Lawsuit

I need help with eBay for an alleged trademark violation which shut down our 4 year established business as an ebay powerseller. ebay will not communicate by phone, fax or mail leaving me with few choices and a business which is now closed. If anyone can offer expertise or help dealing with them, it would be appreciated.

Re: Need Help with eBay Lawsuit

You can sue eBay, and you might well get somewhere as far as communicating or negotiating with them.

Surely you realize that initiating a lawsuit against a big corporation isn't easy or cheap. If you are serious about pursuing this, I would like to hear more details, including any written communications you may have received.

Re: Need Help with eBay Lawsuit

I understand that eBay recently changed its policies with respect to various designer products. Much doubting that litigation is your best (or only) answer, I would welcome a fuller explanation of your situation. That said, if you elect to commence a legal action you need to bring your seller agreement (or download the current agreement from their Web site) for analysis. You may well be surprised at its contents.

Best wishes,
