Depends upon whether it has been trademarked or otherwise protected by someone. You'll find out ifyou get a cease and desist letter and threat of lawsuit.

I do not believe there is any restriction at this time. However, you may have seen on the news that there has been significant discussion over what is "green" and what is not, and companies misusing these labels. Congressional representatives are proposing legislation that will start defining these terms. That notwithstanding many of these rules will affect labeling, and not necessarily websites, but that remains to be seen. Please let me know if you need further help.

"Eco-friendly" is a term sufficiently bereft of meaning, or as lawyers call it, a Term of Art, such that you could open an Eco-Friendly Strip Mine or Eco-Friendly Nuclear Waste Dump and you'd have no problem. But whatever you do, don't describe your product as "Affordable" or "Lemon Scented."
