my employer has given me 3 bounced payrole checks in the last 6 months.. would i qualify for unemployment if i quit? what are my rights?

It might be sufficient grounds to justify to EDD a quit, especially if they weren't made good quickly, or at all.

Don't know where the EDD would stand on the unemployment issue, but the labor commissioner's office would like to hear about the bounced checks, which is illegal.
