Employer won't pay independent contractor

I did some sewing work as an independent contractor for a band photo shoot. The record company promised to pay w/in 60 days. It had been over 60 days and even though they keep promising to pay they don't. What are my rights?

You have the right to be paid. You have the right to call or write and demand your money. You have the right to sue to enforce your rights. You have the right to hate the bastards responsible for not paying you. You have the right to hope and pray that the record company owners get the flu. You have many other rights. Contact me if you want some help.

You can sue. How much are you owed? I have worked on similar cases. You may contact me if you are ready.
