I want end contract

Dear adviser

May name--name removed--,couple of years ago a signed an contract between me and a LLC Californian company I agreed to sell may right about a new patented system to transport fish ,few weeks ago I fund out that company pending (see info)cancel ,could tell me please if the contract I signed end automatically? And how can I manage to end the contract legally once for all,and how much cost me to end the contract?

Would need to examine the contract and hear more about things that occured to see if the contract can be deemed cancelled, void, etc.

If I understand, you sold your rights to a company that is using them without paying you? Your contract would define your rights, the conduct that would amount to a breach of the contract, etc. You need to have the contract and the subsequent facts reviewed to see if there is anything you can do.
