Legal Question in Business Law in California
Escrow opened to purchase a business, one of the buyers wants out
opened an escrow with a partner to purchase a business, and then formed a corp. Partner has decided he wants and refused to sign closing docs and is sueing me saying that I used him for his half of the money and wanted him gone, It is completely false, I begged him to just sign the escrow papers and that if he wanted out we could work on me buying him out but as of now we did not own any business.

And your question is???
If you can not resolve it yourselves, and if you need to defend yourself in the lawsuit, hire an attorney unless you know how to do so effectively yourself. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
