Legal Question in Business Law in California
Should I exclude myself from a class action lawsuit against A COMPANY where class members won't get monetary compensation and sue A COMPANY and become a plaintiff in a new lawsuit to get monetary compensation though I would be making the same claim that was made in the class action lawsuit for the sole purpose of being monetarily compensated?

As a class member, you get a free ride on a lawsuit without cost to you. If you are willing to fund your own lawyers and litigation costs, then go for it if you think your potential personal recovery is high enough to recover all those litigation expenses. The class attorneys believe they will recover the hundreds of thousands of dollars they have invested in the litigation.
