Having spent many years doing international transactions, I can provide these agreements to you, customized to your particular circumstances, as they should be. Do not try to do these by yourself.

If you would like to discuss this matter further in a more private forum, please feel free to contact me directly at the email address provided by LawGuru or through my firms website located at BealBusinessLaw.com.

The above material does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied on. It does not create an attorney-client relationship. Each locality has differing laws. Each matter has differing facts. A legal matter cannot be satisfactorily resolved without a comprehensive review and analysis of all the unique facts and laws at issue by an able attorney. Your matter may result in a loss of rights if you do not timely retain such an attorney.

I agree with Mr. Beal. Too many times I have seen people develop these documents/agreements themselves only to find that they provide no protection. (These people typically become clients for very expensive litigations rather than relatively inexpensive agreement development). Some good legal advice is like inexpensive insurance. Please consult an attorney to make sure your rights are protected. Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like help or more information with this.

You'll find them on the desk of the attorney you hire to create them, properly drafted for your specific needs and protections. This is a cost of doing business that you can not skip. Without proper written agreements, you have no enforceable rights. If serious about doing this right, feel free to contact me to discuss the facts and costs of doing so.
