fraud
if i am being investigated by the Orange County Ca Da for aligations of fraud brought against me by investores in my small now defunct Co. would i be notified by the DA . It has been over 6 months

Yes, if charges are brought against you by the DA, you'll either be arrested or sent a letter demanding you appear in court. No news is good news. The longer you hear nothing, the more likely nothing will happen. If you are charged by the DA or are sued by the investors, feel free to contact me for defense.

Unfortunately the DA notifies people that the investigation is complete by sending the police and having them arrested. The longer nothing happens, the better it is for you. On the other hand, fraud investigations can be complicated. If the worst happens, you can have a lawyer and bail bonds persom lined up in advance.
