My friend borrowed my ebay and paypal account
I lent my e-bay and paypal account to my friend. He sold items on e-bay and transferred money to his bank account, but he never shipped the items to the buyers on ebay. Now I am held responsible for the money of the buyers, and my ''friend'' won't refund the money. What can I do?

Sue him, for all the good that will do. IF he has nothing, that is what you'll be able to recover. Turn him into the police for theft and fraud for good measure. The buyers may do that to you. If it happens, get an attorney.

Take him to small claims court.
You should also file a police report for theft/fraud/conversion. They probably will not do anything about it because they have bigger fish to fry, but it is the right thing to do.
Needless to say, if you have not already done so, immediately change your Ebay and Paypal passwords.
