Legal Question in Business Law in California
Hi,
I was wondering if someone could tell me which legal form I should use at "FindLegalForms.com". I am trying to find a form for an agreement between my newly setup corporation and a foreign company. It is just some lines saying that I agree doing "these", and your company agree doing "those". It's an agreement between two companies. Could someone tells me which form to use? Thank you very much.

No attorney-client nor confidential relationship is created through this communication. Nothing communicated or provided constitutes legal advice nor a legal opinion unless it so specifies and written agreement for attorney services has been entered into. Your issue may be time sensitive and may result in loss of rights if you do not act in time. Thank you.
You will not find a 'free form' for such a complex business transaction. It would be entirely foolish of you to use one, even if you did. A little money spent now on proper legal advice and work will be a lot less than the risks, losses, costs and fees in litigation later over disputes and issues you failed to properly cover. If serious about getting legal help, feel free to contact me. I've been doing these things for 35 years.
Forms may be suitable for routine business and real-estate transactions, but agreements forming business relationships between companies, especially internationally, cannot possible by simple and routine enough for a "form" to do the job. Further, you didn't give us nearly enough information as to what you hope to accomplish by way of the proposed agreement, what the business relationship would be, etc.
