Legal Question in Business Law in California

Internet Forms

For a site very similar in scope to myspace, I understand that terms of agreement forms are required and I'm considering purchasing from: find legal forms.

However, I'm now seeing other forms that I think I might need and I'm considering the combo package: privacy forms, and website sales forms. I'm renting equipment and selling calendars and providing forums and accounts quite similar to a dating/myspace account.

Re: Internet Forms

Do you really think MySpace, or any other legitimate business, pilfered some anonymous 'forms' in order to start up and deal with all the legal problems that they knew they would encounter? Unless you get serious about proper legal set up, including corporate status, tax basis, regulatory compliance, licensing, business advice, etc., you're in for some unpleasant and expensive surprises called 'litigation'. Read the papers. Pay a little money now to avoid paying a lot later. Feel free to contact me if you get serious.
