Legal Question in Business Law in California

Internet sales

I recently made a purchase online for an item that was obviously mispriced ($5 vs. $129 MSRP), and bouught it. I have a confirmation bill that shows the item, price and everything and my payment method. After my confirmation was delivered via e-mail, they contacted me and said that it was a mistake and couldn't honor the price. Is that legal?

Re: Internet sales

Yes, as long as they give you back your money. Under some unusual circumstances you might be entitled to more, but nothing in your question suggests that such circumstances are present.

Re: Internet sales

Of course. Even if it wasn't, how would you think you could force them to sell it to you?
