And your question is?
Nobody said life is fair. There is no law against 'unfair' treatment at work, unless it amounts to a violation of the civil rights statutes regarding race, age, sex, religion, etc.
If that is actually your situation, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies, including filing with the DFEH/EEOC and a lawsuit, if appropriate and factually supportable.
