Re: lawsuit against me
If a lawsuit has been filed against you, you need to retain a lawyer to prepare, file and serve your response withing the time allowed after service of process, usually 30 days.
At the same time your responsive pleading is filed, probably an Answer but possibly a Demurrer, you should consider filing a cross-complaint for various torts, including interference with prospective economic advantage and interference with contract.

And your question is??
Free advice is not going to help you. You need legal counsel to sort this out and defend you. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
Re: lawsuit against me
Is there a question here? You need to consult an attorney right away re: 1) taking steps to legally protect your pen name, if this is still possible and you have not already done so; and 2) suing the other F M if possible.
Re: lawsuit against me
No questions asked. I am guessing you want to know what to do. It depends on a few factors but if this Plaintiff's suit is frivolous, you can go for sanctions or counter claim for tortious interference with business relations. I would be happy to discuss this in person,
