Legal Question in Business Law in California
I want to leave or get out of a Limited Liability Corporation that has no operational agreement between the 2 members. Is there a form to be filled out with the Secretary of State so that I can get my name out of it?\nWhat are my obligations to the LLC if there is no operational agreement between the partners?\n\nThanks\n
