Legal Question in Business Law in California

Legal Question on Buying from a website.

I recently purchase virtual currency

from a website called THSALE dot

com

They have live chat and offer 100%

satisfaction and under 30 minute

delivery times. Ever since I have

made a purchase they have been

baiting me and wasting my time

and beating around the bush, I

have requested a refund numerous

times because they don--name

removed--have the

product that i have purchased. But

every time i mention refund they

ignore me and just tell me to wait. I

have been very stern in demanding

a refund numerous times and have

had no response to it other than to

just wait and be patient.

Is this legal for them to hold my

money like this when they dont

have the product i've purchased at

this time? Am i not entitled to a

refund?

Sure, but you apparently don't understand the term 'scam', do you? Complain to your local police, and the credit card company you used to pay. Good luck.
