liability

My husband was on a board. If share holder is suing the company but my husband is not served personally, is he still liable for the law suite.

Depends on the suit, who it names, who they have served or claim to have served, etc. Have him contact the corporate attorney for info, that is what he is there for. If your husband wants a second opinion, or he ends up needing separate counsel for himself, have him contact me.
