Legal Question in Business Law in California
losing ins.
i have been working for a co. for 10yrs. got hurt and waiting for surgery now they want to cancel my ins and 401k contribution what are my rights its hard enough to make it on workers comp.is this legal.its like every thing stoped and no longer an employee in my eyes

Go talk to a local WCAB attorney to see if you have a claim against the company, or can force them to maintain your benefits. You've not given enough facts here; the attorney will need to discuss it in detail.
