i need to know what should be said in a terms and conditions regarding the recurring charges starting after 3 month free trial is over.

Are you the buyer or the seller? Are you trying to write a contract, or to interpret one that's already written? Membership in what?

Your question provides far too little information; it's sort of like asking a mechanic "What should I do to fix my used car after the 90-day warranty runs out?" It would help to know the make, model, year and nature of the problem.
