Legal Question in Business Law in California

Non circumvention Agreement

I am looking for a simple non-circumvention/non disclosure agreement for an broker (local) who is sourcing a product for our company in China. also I would like the same agreement for contract sales men. Can you help? All the forms I see confidentiality agreements or solely non disclosure agreements. Do these agreements have the same effect as a non-circumvention agreement? I do not want the broker to take our product and sell to someone else without our knowledge and consent (same with the salesmen).

Re: Non circumvention Agreement

There are no such forms. Each test of the altered to fit the fact situation. Basically you have to pay an attorney who has experience and business matters, hopefully similar to the ones you are dealing with, to construct these agreements are which, hopefully all so, will be agreeable to the people with whom you are going to do business. If you are in business understand you must pay money to attorneys to advise you properly and if you don't your business more likely than not will fail.I have been practicing law in the San Francisco Bay area for approximately 35 years and expert in the area in the category in which your question is placed. I feel I can help you in this matter and if you wish to consult with me please contact me at 925-945- 6000.

You've already found 'free' samples and discovered that they don't serve your purposes. Surprise.
