Re: Nudity in the Workplace

I would assume so, providing the boss allows it and you remain outside of public view (otherwise you may face public nudity charges), but this is pretty unlikely.

First and foremost, you may want to consider the effect on co-workers, they can charge sexual harassment if they do not approve and cause you and the company a lot of aggrivation.

Best bet...keep the clothes on at work and enjoy the nudist lifestyle in the privacy of your own home.

Re: Nudity in the Workplace

Most employers require that clothing be worn by employees as part of the company dress code, but it's conceivable that an employer could permit nudity in the workplace, especially in a workplace that is a naturist camp or adult entertainment-related facility. Outside those types of workplaces, the odds are greater the employer could be successfully accused of creating or contributing to a hostile environment.

Not unless you're employed as a stripper in a club. Otherwise criminal charges might apply.

Re: Nudity in the Workplace

If your question is whether you can force your employer to accept your nudist lifestyle, then probably not. If you are offended by someone else's nudity in the workplace, then it may depend upon the work culture at the office.

Bottom line is that it is unusual for nudity to be "legal", but there are always exceptions.
