Legal Question in Business Law in California

one-man corporation in California

Does California allow formation of a corporation whereby the incorporator is the sole director, officer, secretary, treasurer, etc. Essentially a one-man Corporation?

Can the incorporator of such corporation also be the sole stockholder?
