Re: Outsourcing agreements/ contracts
If you are seeking someone to draft all the legal documents mentioned, and/or help you negotiate them with your prospective suppliers and customers, you are facing a substantial investment of time and money. I would be happy to discuss your actual needs, and estimated costs, feel free to contact me.
Re: Outsourcing agreements/ contracts
Are you fishing for the service providers themselves through LawGuru, or are you seeking legal advice with respect to contracts between the providers and your organization?
I suggest you look for a very well qualified law firm in the Chatsworth area -- even going as far afield as Los Angeles if necessary -- insisting upon specific, in-depth experience in outsourcing agreements.
A high rate per hour will be offset by many fewer total hours required to produce high-quality contracts, and an additional benefit will be reduced possibility of future hassles and lawsuits due to uncertainties or legal defects in sloppily-written contracts.
