paid break time
what is the law when come to 15 min break time. when does your break time start. Is it when you walk away from your post or when you get to the break room

Re: paid break time
You're paid to 'work' eight hours, not walk to breaks. You leave your station when the break starts, and must be at your station when it ends. Otherwise, you're getting more than 15 minutes away from work, aren't you?
