partner embezzlement
business partner is stealing money, and blaming my employee, now she get layoff, and making my life hell. i got him on video tape. and he is not singing any doc saying we r 50/50 partner. now he own land and i own business, but act like he own both, he show up anytime. and sometime i have to work 12 to 14. business is under my name and land is under his.

If you claim he has committed a crime, file a police report. If not, then you can bring a lawsuit seeking audit, accounting, proper payment, and dissolution of the company if that's what you want. Consult with local counsel for help. You'll need it.

If you decide to hire a lawyer, it may help some of these problems. I would have an attorney negotiate a resolution on friendly terms.
