Plant Closures
How long is a company required to pay employees when closing a plant down?

Whether a company has to pay the 60 day 'closing' requirement depends upon the actual facts including size of company, number of workers, etc. It would be quite unlikely for a company to deny the payment if it was legally required, since their lawyers would have been involved in the decision making.
