Can I go against Plumbing company which paid hourly plus commission where the dispatcher had a personal issue with me and caused me to go into hardship and loose everything?

Sure, you can bring suit for damages..... however, whether you'll be successful and recover anything that'll cover your costs is another question. How strong is your proof of the "personal issue" and how much loss can you establish? This is the sort of thing that you should discuss with a local attorney who can hear your details and advise you on whether suit is worthwhile.
