Legal Question in Business Law in California

Hi. Can anyone point me to one or more correct sections of the UCC?

Situation: Someone controlling a deposit account/Fiduciary. Money was taken out with now accounting and no evidence of expenditure.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

If the offending party was the or a controling person on the account that doesn't sound like a UCC matter. Since you haven't provided any information about the nature of the fiduciary relationship, the account, and the parties involved, however, there is nothing more I can tell you.

Ideas? Sure. File criminal charges, and/or suit for recovery of embezzled funds, if you think appropriate. Make sure of your assumptions and facts first. Question the parties involved and demand accounting. Ultimately, if you determine you need legal help in this, feel free to contact me.
