Legal Question in Business Law in California

Hi I have a questions, I start in 2007 at Winery business and in 2009 one friend of my come in my business and now because I have an afeire with other woman he cut my of and besacly he put me out of my idea and creations , I want to know if is right for him to do that and if I can suit him ?

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Winning requires proof of wrongdoing and damage. IF you can prove he had no right or ability to 'kick you out', then you might be able to successfully sue. If serious about getting an attorney to consult and give an opinion on this, feel free to contact me.
