Legal Question in Business Law in California
I refinish furniture, and my employees damaged the costumer's items. Can I pass the workmanship off to the customer if I lie and tell them some of the defects were there when the furniture was brought in? (school paper)

Not only immoral, in this case it's illegal ..... and you might get caught.
