I need to re-open the inc that has been suspended

i need to collect money from note that buyer owes me from last 14 months

Why was the corporation suspended. If it was for non-payment of taxes, you need to file your back tax returns (paying any tax, interest and penalties due) and apply for a certificate of revivor. You also have to keep your eye on any statute of limitations on the claim against the buyer.
