Legal Question in Business Law in California
Rules and regulations starting up an internet business
I am planning to start up a website that allows end-users to purchase flower arragements from my own website and will be able to have them ship to different states. I will have my flowers inventory at home in my garage with a flower refrigerator. I was wondering if are there any rules and regulations I should be aware of before I startup this homebase/internet business. I am not sure what to call it? What licenses do I need, zoning rules etc.? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Are there any rules? Well of course. You will need business licenses, use permits, sales tax records, etc, etc. You may not be able to legally do what you want from a home. Get yourself an attorney to help you stay out of trouble, before it costs you your investment.
