Re: sale of business

By filing and serving a lawsuit seeking appraisal and sale, partition or alternative remedies.

Your business formation documents should specify the process necessary, lawsuits are last resort measures. Unless you know how to effectively practice law in the courts, you're going to need to hire an attorney to do so. If the property is in SoCAL, and you get serious about doing so, feel free to contact me. It may be possible for your attorney to negotiate a settlement where you couldn't accomplish that without his leverage and threat of suit.
