What do you mean by "sell my business via the internet"? This may be a satisfactory way to locate a prospective buyer or buyers. However, you surely don't want to conclude a deal with buyers you haven't met and gotten to know!

The first and foremost problem with small-business sales is for the seller to get paid. If the terms are not 100% cash on the barrelhead, the seller needs collateral and deeds of trust or security agreements sufficient to perfect a secutiry interest in property worth well over what is owned.

Once the problem of getting paid is handled effectively, the sale negotiations should cover deal terms such as indemnity of the seller from post-closing liabilities of ANY kind resulting from the buyer's operation of the business.
