Sellers Right to Cancel
I bought a new car on 10-17-08 and it never got finaced. the dealer sent me a letter dated 10-28-08 for the notice of cancellation I had to sign a certified mail that i recieved it on 10-28-08. does the dealership have the right to take the car back or are the over there 10 day grace. If there over there 10 day grace what should i tell them?

"10 day grace period"?
Either give it back, pay for it [loan or cash], or get it repossessed. You don't get to keep things without paying for them.

Tell them to go pound sand, and if they touch your car you'll sue.
