Can I sue a pawnshop that allowed my ex-boyfriend to have the property I got a loan for?

Whoever presents the pawn ticket gets the property. Sue the boyfriend.

If the pawn shop management made a mistake you could contact the police department for the city where it is located and ask to speak with someone in the "pawshop detail" to see if they can offer advice or assistance.
