Can I be sued by my partner if I dissolve the llc company that is not making any money?

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Winning and collecting are different questions.

Every owner has the right to protect his interest in the company, and sue if necessary to do so.

First, the co-owners of an LLC aren't partners. I would suggest, as a starting point, having a frank discussion with your co-owner, expressing your desire to be bought out or otherwise withdraw. Make sure you know your rights and responsibilities under the LLC's Operating Agreement. A voluntary withdrawal is generally going to work out better than taking abrupt unilateral action such as dissolving the LLC, which (a) you may lack the power to do anyway, and (b) could engender a lawsuit.
