i am setting up a recurring billing
package for my buisness.i am
printing flyers and would like to
know what to say as a foot note
re:terms and cond.our clients will
be entering contracts that will
involve early termination peneltys
and so forth.some type of verbage
is what i need help with .thank you

"some type of verbage"? You need a properly drafted set of terms and conditions that apply the rules you intend to impose, in compliance with the UCC; otherwise, not only will they not be enforceable, they could cause you more problems than you intended to solve.
