terms and conditions

i'm trying to start up a concierge business. i'm having hard time to find a template to create a terms and conditions doc for my invoices. Where do i look ?

I did a Google search for "concierge standard terms & conditions" and found a few websites you might consider looking at. Some of your competitors seem to have terms like that on their websites. My office is in El Cajon if you want a further consulation on this issue.

Probably wishful thinking. If you've tried an internet search and found no boiler plate [which wouldn't be anything but a generic, basic starting point anyway], it is as I expect. Most businesses that want to succeed use an experienced attorney to set up the corporation and provide the needed custom tailored documents and legal advice to deal with the specific issues and concerns of the business. Do without that experience at your own peril. Many find it is far more expensive to hire an attorney to unravel problems after the fact, than to avoid them from the beginning.
