Legal Question in Business Law in California
Vending agreement
in The Agreement has a statment that says that the agreement shall be binding to executors and the assigns. I bought this account with this in mind. The account gave noitce to the orginal account holder even though they knew I owned the account. It would auto renew without a 60 day notice. I belive they gave that notice to the wrong holder. Can you help?

Re: Vending agreement
Your question is impossible to understand as written. For example, you use the word "account" to refer both to what you bought ("I bought this account with this in mind") and to a person ("The account gave notice..."). Please re-write and re-submit your question so that someone who is a complete stranger to the matters can understand what you're talking about.
