Your question is bizarre. When a bank forecloses, they usually take property and any personal property that was pledged as security for the loan. But they don't become subrogated into the borrower's shoes, and take responsibility for their business. That would be a labor issue between you and your employer, not the bank. You may want to repost your question in the labor category, with more detail about your employment package.

No. You need to file a claim with the Labor Commissioner.

The other attorneys are right on point here. The bank has nothing to do with the company's obligation to pay you. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.

The bank doesn't owe you the vacation pay. The employer may. Don't confuse a bank's right to foreclose on collateral given it for a loan with an employer's duty to pay wages and benefits.
