Legal Question in Business Law in California
I work at a pizza place and two years ago my store was one of a few stores to be robbed. Just recently a couple stores have been robbed again and we have been told by our managers that we could be robbed again. Since the last robbery the store owner has made no changes for our safty. If the store is robbed again could a lawsuit be filed against the owner for this?

Only if they are refusing to take reasonable steps to prevent recurrence of a dangerous condition. What do you think they should do?? Bar all customers from entering to avoid a crook getting in? Armor all the counters like a check cashing service? If you have reasonable suggestions, make them to the company and discuss it.
