Is it wrongful termination when the manager sends you home before your two weeks notice?

Nope. They are free to say, "If you don't want to work here anymore, we don't need you for those two weeks. Bye."

You are not entitled to work there for 2 weeks just because you gave them notice and they could have fired you on the spot.

No. In general, unless an employee is civil service, in a union, or has a written employment contract, they are an 'at will' employee that can be disciplined or terminated any time for any reason, with or without �cause�, explanation or notice. Your courtesy of given notice was not returned in kind.
