I was a passenger in a friends car, we were stopped and she was arrested for no license. I was told by officers to wait and they would give me a ride to bus stop. They asked for my id and ran it came up clean. Than they started testing me to see if I under the influence of drugs I was taken to police station and told to take a pee test. I refused so they put me in a holding sell for 6 hours they said I have no right to call an attorney or anyone. I was not under the influence and had no drugs or paraphernalia on me can they refuse me my freedom or rights to make a phone call?they charged me with 11550 even though i never tested for them.i was finally released after 10 hours in a holding tank and being transported 35 miles to the next town (where they booked me.) the whole time i asked to talk to an attorney this started at 9 am. can you please help me

You are being charged with a crime; you will need to defend it with the facts. You probably need an attorney that knows how to do so, since you don't.
You can file a written complaint against the police, and if the provable facts show the violated your rights, you could bring a legal claim against them. Your word vs theirs is not going to win that case, you need corroborating evidence, like witnesses and documents to back up your allegations. If you have them, feel free to contact me. The police report is the first thing needed, as you will have to prove how it is false or in error.
