Alcohol related question.

If I have a party in a home that I own, one of my guests get's intoxicated, drives home and gets into an accident. Can I be sued?

Of course. Anybody can sue anybody for anything; and will in today's litigious society where it is always someone else's fault. Whether you lose depends on the facts, law, evidence, etc.
