I answered the door half asleep 5 min later I was aressted 11550 for my eyes

I was sound asleep in my bed in my one room apt. In Solvang CA. (that�s N. Santa Barbara County). I was nursing a back injury at the time and had been flat on my back for two hole days.I was woken by a knock at my door. I normally ask who it is before I open the door but I was still half a sleep. There was three Narco task force cops they asked if Iwas who Iwas. I said yes they asked if I knew a M-----Y. He used to live next door over a year ago and was a vagrant now. The landlord would let him sleep in his motor home some times when it was cold he felt sorry for him. I live in a 4-unit apt/motel. They told me he had a warrant for his arrest for a probation violation (unpaid child support). I said what has that to do with me he�s not my friend and he�s never lived here. The head detective put his foot against my door so I couldn�t close it. I told him to remove his foot from my house he refused. He asked me why my pupils where so small being in a dark room. I said they are always that way restricted and non- responsive very sensitive to light been like that since I was a kid why what�s it matter. He said I was under the influence and then two officers grabbed me by the arms and yanked me out of my apt. Said I was under arrest
