Arbitration

I had medical services denied to me because I refused to sign a physician-patient arbitration agreement form. Is this legally permissable? Thank you for your assistance.

Yes. Go to another doctor. Some doctors don't make it mandatory, others do.

Of course it's legal. He gets to chose who he treats, and under what conditions. You'll find virtually every doctor and hospital has the same condition.
