Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I was arrested Sat. For public intoxication. I need to get a live scan on monday and I was wondering if that will appear on the live scan 2days later.
I did not get a ticket nor am I scheduled for court. How exact exactly will this work?

Probably, since all print and arrest info is electronically submitted 'automatically'. If you were arrested, you would be scheduled for court, or given a notice that told you would receive letter from the DA and court about your court date.
